Are you a dynamic retail leader with experience managing in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for experienced Retail Managers from big-box retailers who are skilled in driving results, leading teams, and maintaining high customer service standards. If you’ve led large, busy stores focusing on sales performance, team motivation, and delivering an outstanding customer journey, you’ll be right at home with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Passion: You’ll inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional service, fostering a professional, customer-first selling culture.
  • Drive Sales & Performance: Focus on achieving sales targets, managing KPIs, and ensuring your store is known for excellence in both products and services.
  • Team Development: Build a strong, engaged team. Recruit, develop, and deploy staff effectively while ensuring they meet performance goals and stay focused on customer satisfaction.
  • In-Store Leadership: Spend the majority of your time on the sales floor, supporting daily operations, resolving challenges, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Compliance & Safety: You’ll maintain high standards of service and store compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, and retail legislation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven Store Management experience in a big-box retail setting, with a strong focus on driving results.
  • A background in a service-driven business, leading teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Solid experience in recruiting, developing, and managing teams of diverse individuals in a high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a track record of meeting or surpassing KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of retail legislation, compliance, and health & safety standards.
